At present CRUFADschools offers five health education courses and will be adding more in the future.

Courses about Physical Health

• Alcohol and Cannabis Education

Courses about Mental Health

• Overcoming Anxiety
• Combating Depression
• Managing Stress

The courses are designed to be easily implemented into a PDHPE program and will take 6 to 8 lessons. These lessons can be supplemented with the additional activities that are provided for each scenario.
